Lie Like Poetry

by ~x3FadeToBright

I can't help think lying is like poetry
It follows a rhythm and a beat
                  captivating and delicate
                whole lives based on lies
                       poetry and deceit
                 [I before e except after C]
just you and me except when there's
                          someone else
a tangled web is always weaved
until it all rains down and we are left
                         with nothing
                       back to line one

I dunno just felt like writing. I actually meant to write something else, I have just snatches of lines in my head and I needed to get them out.
Basically I just needed to say that Lying is like poetry.

Did you write this just now? Sometimes I wish I knew anything about poetry, but then I guess it's all in practice and it's not something I ever REALLY felt like doing.
